Gardening is about enjoying the smell
of things growing in the soil,
marveling at God's creation & preservation of young plants,
about patience; working hard, being eaten by mosquitoes & getting dirty —
feeling the sun's warmth on your bent back,
& generally taking the time to
soak up a little peace & serenity.
( go, dig in the dirt, it'll do you good )
